Full-time commissioned sales person
L & R Logistics has an opening for a Full-Time Commissioned Sales
Person in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Full-Time Commissioned Sales Person is primarily responsible
for selling Electronic Site Alarms, Alarm accessories and service
plans in a retail environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The successful performance of this job will be accomplished
through the following duties:
- Make
telephone and personal contacts with business, commercial and
larger residential customers to analyze and recommend service
and equipment requirements.
- Communicate
recommendations through written proposals or other appropriate
means.
- Prepare
orders and coordinate installation of service with all
departments.
- Maintain
reports and files on customers
- Stay current
with new services and equipment by reading industry
publications.
- Take
applications and process orders for residential and business
customers including credit checks.
- Take
over-flow contact from business office.
- Process
orders and maintains records for telephone, wireless and paging
customers.
- Handle
customers inquires.
- Performs
other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Must have a high school diploma and 3 to 5 years of previous
sales experience preferred in telecommunication or the equivalent of
education and experience.
Must have basic knowledge of computer operations. Must be able to
operate a keyboard and mouse to issue input commands. Must be able
to type and perform 10-key accurately. Must have basic knowledge of
email and MS Office Applications. Position open until filled. For
